RESUMEN
El Hotel Blau Colonial, ubicado en Cayo Coco, ha sidouna de las instalaciones turísticas que en más se ha invertido en reparaciones. En los últimos 5 años se han realizado intervenciones de reparación capital por el alto deterioro que afecta el patrimonio construido, sin embargo las intervenciones constructivas realizadas no han frenado el deterioro.
Los edificios estudiados fueron construidos en la década del 80 del siglo XX. Constan de dos y tres niveles,poseen escaleras de vigas de hormigón armado y madera que dan acceso a los niveles superiores.
El Grupo de Diagnóstico de Edificaciones del CTDMC realizó el estudio de los edificios para dar conclusiones sobre el estado actual de algunos elementos estructurales, su estado de deterioro y dar recomendaciones para su proyecto de reparación.
El estado de deterioro podemos considerarlo leve ya que solo se encuentra fundamentalmente en los balcones y escaleras, además con los resultados de las investigaciones realizadas se pudo constatar que el diseño de los elementos y las características de los edificios no presentan sintomatología o aspectos específicos que constituyan una preocupación con respecto a la seguridad estructural de los inmuebles en la etapa actual.
ABSTRACT
The Hotel Colonial Blau, located in Key Coconut, it has been one of the tourist facilities that in more it has been invested in repairs. In the last 5 years they have been carried out interventions of capital repair however for the high deterioration that affects the built patrimony, the carried out constructive interventions they have not braked the deterioration.
The studied buildings were built in the decade of 80 in the XX century. They consist of two three levels, they possess stairways of beams of armed concrete and wood that give access at the superior levels.
The Group of Diagnostic of Constructions of the CTDMC carried out the study of the buildings to give summations on the current state of some structural elements, its state of deterioration and to give recommendations for its repair project.
The state of deterioration can consider it light since alone he/she is fundamentally in the balconies and stairways, also with the results of the realized investigations you could verify that the design of the elements and the characteristics of the buildings don't present sintomatología or specific aspects that constitute a concern with regard to the structural security of the immovableses in the current stage.
